Hi, I received a phone  call from the mayor of the city to film and promote the city to bring as  many tourists as possible in the summer.
I live in Romania, Transylvania, the country of `Dracula Vampire`, home point of Bram Stoker`s book Dracula .
I have proposed a budget of 10kEuro.
I do not know exactly if it is enough to shoot with Mavic Pro.
Basically get an Inspire for better image quality, so I ask you to help me a bit with one of the three options I choose below:

Its very simple, go in the order of most expensive to least expensive. Inspire has best camera by far but is complex for a beginner to use... Mavic can be flown by a monkey but has below average video quality.
