I also tried flying Mavic today, my plane is as bad as you. I'm disappointed that so many people are like me. I checked Gimbal, everything was normal. But when flying images are shaken (sometimes very shaking heavy, and poor focus). Here is the video I recorded on my first flight with Mavic: My Mavic buys at Ebay (big seller, they sell thousands of Mavic so I buy from them). Then my sister ship it to Vietnam for me. How can I warranty it? Thanks.

I have read here that they don't warranty second hand used Mavics.  You might need to contact the seller and have them warranty it for you.

Hi, It's not second hand, i bought Brand New Mavic

If you have an invoice, you can attach it to your email when you contact DJI. I bought mine from Apple Store and it is covered by warranty.

Yes,i have invoice bought directly from Ebay seller

Have you tried to calibrate the gimbal?  What is the error messages in the APP?

I've tried reset IMU, Compass and Auto calibrate.
Dont have any error message in app.

If so , I would recommend you send it in for service, please send a email to support@dji.com, they will create a case for you.

I have the exact same problem with my mavic. I'm sending mine in for repair next week.
