If you have the unfortunate need to turn in your drone for repair, be prepared for a very long time to get it back if at all. DJI received my drone on May 6th and I am still waiting for the return, with no end in sight. The crazy thing is that I have DJI Care Refresh and they determined that they were going to use that to replace the unit in full. It took them about a week to determine that. Then here's the insane thing. I got an email on May 15th that the new drone would be shipped out. Since then nothing has happened. I've called support several times, waiting on 1/2 hour phone queues, talked to multiple people. Yet, nobody can figure out why they haven't actually shipped the drone yet and if it ever will ship. It is complete incompetence over there. Good luck.
