When I plug in my serial number that is located on the mavic once you remove the battery into the DJI Care option on the website it doesn't recognize it. Why is that?

Just to verify, you purchased the Mavic and Care Refresh together, right?

I purchased the Mavic by itself not knowing I could buy the Refresh at the same time. That's where I currently am, stuck trying to buy the Refresh.

When did you activate the aircraft? If you still cannot purchase it on our website, please message me your aircraft SN again so I can help you check it.
Also you can send an e-mail to djicare@dji.com with the SN, we'll help you handle it.
