I just purchased a new handle for my OSMO.

The DJI site said that the handle is compatible with the Osmo Gimbal and Camera, and the Inspire 1’s Zenmuse X3.
I have the X3 that came with my original OSMO package. I have carefully put everything together and charged my battery but it doesn't seem to work.

What am I doing wrong?

  

yea i think  the update that is a part of  the latest firmware and APP does something to the x3  where it do not work with the handle.
