Hello,

I want to buy DJI Care Refresh for my DJI Mavic Pro and I am in Vietnam. Is there anyway I can do this? I try to buy on the DJI homepage but it doesn't let me select any country rather than the US.

In the FAQ for DJI care you can read:

At the moment, DJI Care is only available to customers from the U.S., Canada, EU countries ,UK, Hong Kong and mainland China.
DJI Care will launch in more countries in the future.

So no, you cannot buy DJI care for your drone.

Thank you Mcflying. Does it mean I can ask a friend who lives in one of the countries under the DJI Care Refresh program to buy this insurance for me and if something goes wrong, I can ship it to him and he can help me ship it to DJI?

I don't know all ins and outs of the DJI care program
But if i am correct that will not work.
When you wanna use DJI care you have to send in a copy of the invoice.
I pressume you have bought it in Vietnam so that will not work.

Since you are in Vietnam, we suggest you purchase Care Refresh of HongKong, China version.
When you access to DJI website, do you change the region at the right-top of the page?

I thought the OP asked about Refresh but Mcflying commented only about care.
