Hi I wonder if you can help me for some reason my hand controller is flashing a white light fast and is failing to charge any ideas

Just won't charge if I plug the cable in it starts flashing for a few minutes then just stops drone battery charges fine

I had the same problem when I got my p3a back in feb of 2017. It is the 2 cell battery pack in the controller. One of the cells is junk. I tried to fix it myself and ruined the motherboard in the controller by not opening the ribbon cable lock down bar. The result was I had to buy a new controller from eBay and bind it to my craft. Send the controller in for repair if under warranty. I wish now that I had. If you open the case to replace the battery it will void any warranty you have. My controller would show that it was charging for a few seconds then just rapidly flash 3 leds at me for hours. I even left in on charge overnight to see it it would help, it did not.
