Why do you keep saying this? The evidence shows that they DO NOT communicate back to the owner what went wrong.
That is true.. based on my experience they are very slow to even consider looking at the logs well you, DJI people here do way better, and people on the forum do amazingly well), but support either does not look, or look very well; and more often than not, they do not say what they found... Certainly something that could improve many things - especially if they really looked at the logs anytime a case regarding flight trouble was opened. That would eliminate many cases with first line spending just a little more time on it.
Good luck with your problem.. hope you will be able to get some help from DJI, in the meantime, get yourself airnav (healthydrones) account and sync there, and try to do the phantomhelp too, and post a link here.
DEFINITELY DO sync your logs to DJI cloud and let them know the date/time of the flight (although I assume it's the last one on your account) - see what they can do for you.
