Thank you. Any tip on where in the app this setting lives?

Menu - Aircraft battery - Advanced settings.
But anyway you can not set discharge period to more than 10 days. And this value is default.

not to hijack but Ive been curious, if I check the batt level with the button on batt on day 9 (assuming 10 day storage discharge schedule) does this restart the 10 day counter in the battery?

NO, it won't. It will stay at the 2 button range until you recharge them again. I put mine on 3 days and I top them before I fly if I don't use them in the 3 days period.

Yes it does reset the timer.  If you "check it" by tapping the button on day 9, it will wait another 10 days to start the drain.  It won't start until a full 10 days, so don't tap it on the tenth day to see where it is.  When it starts draining, it will no longer reset the timer. Also be aware that it takes 2-3 days to discharge down to around 65% where it will stop the discharge mode.  It is a very slow process.
