My drone shut of and crashed for me. I sent it back and it was repaired under warrenty.  I was told it was a battery co.munication error and was not advised to use the old battery.  Today it shows they are shipping it back but not a battery.   If they say not to use the battery and that it was a malfunction. Should they not send a new battery?  Case CAS-531435-R5Z8B1

So a rep from dji called me and told me that they would send me a new battery.   I received my drone but no battery    back to emailing support

I'll forward this to the appropriate team to follow up on. Based on what I can see, though, they did supply a battery with the unit. Have you checked through all the packaging?

Yes.   It was not in the box with the drone or in any packaging.   I checked real good cause I was really wanting to fly after not having my drone for over 2 months.

Best of luck.... DJI sent me back someone else drone and I am having a heck of time trying to convince them that their shipping documents are wrong.  I've provided pictures of serial numbers, etc. but they don't seem to get it.  CAS-686067-C8P6K9 or CAS-595520-R2K2K2

I'm getting a little frustrated with DJI.   It took 2 months to send me a new drone after mine had warranty issues. DJI told me not to use the old battery and that they would send a new one.   The opened a case  #  CAS-686075-V0L6S1 on the 5th to send me a new battery.   I still have not even received notification that it has shipped.   I have not been able to fly my drone for 2.5 months due to warranty issues.   DJI care is refusing to extend my DJI care for that 2.5 months even though my drone was out of service for warranty work.   So basically I paid for 12 months of coverage but am only receiving 9.5 months (so far - could be longer).   I have been impressed with how DJI service has gotten back to me in the past but am getting a little frustrated with them due to how slow they move.
