My phanton 3 is very sensitive to comands. How do i make him more serene?

Set them to .20 or .25 and try it out.

Have you tried calibrating the RC itself as well?

When you set them, You did have the drone powered on and connected to the RC right?   Settings changed in the app with the drone not powered on are not saved.

Just out of curiosity what language is the keyboard set to ? I've seen reports of some using keyboards other than English having problems inputting this information.

So try input with keyboard set to English.
