I did some searches but didn't find anything but maybe I wasn't using the right key words or go deep enough.

Is transferring ownership anything more than the other person logging into their account and de-activating the drone and then you connecting to the drone with your account and activating it as a new drone on your account?

Thanks for the response, although that doesn't quite make sense to me (as do many things but heh!).

So if I buy a used drone from someone it remains activated to them forever and that activation cannot be changed to me? Hypothetical but what if the prior owner said he didn't sell it and it's still his and still registered to him? Seems there should be something more to the process.
