How to connect DJI Phantom 4 pro with ipad 2 or iPhone6. I'm facing lots of trouble. thanks.

Just connect the phone and the drone with the cable. Turn the RC/AC/APP and start flying. Otherwise provide us with more detailed or a video of the issue.

The iPad 2 is too old to work with the P4P, and the iPhone 6 has always been problematical. You need to describe what problem you are experiencing if you want help.

That is what I meant!

Like others have mentioned the iPad 2 is too old of a device, but the iPhone 6 should work. Could you clarify what iOS version you're running? What Go app version are you running?

It would be pretty hard to fly your Phantom with your phone  connected to it Not enough lift to get you off the ground

I thought the P4 can lift up to 2.5lbs?

One connected to the drone and the other phone connected to the RC, but as long as you use IOS, then for sure you will have enough power and it won't freeze the app on you.

Me too. Just adding some humors see if any of the Droid people would jump in and...

Download the DJI Go 4 App to your mobile device.

Locate the USB port # 16 on the back of the remote controller.  

Place your device with DJI GO 4 installed on the Mobile Device Holder # 2.  

Insert the Lighning  end of your cable into your mobile device.

Insert the USB end  of the cable into the USB port # 16 in the back of the remote controller.

Turn on your remote controller.

Turn on your drone.
Make sure they are paired (drone and remote controller) -  (check manual for instructions)

Turn on your mobile device.

Start the DJI GO 4 App in your mobile device

You may need to log in with your DJI credentials the first time.

Let us know if you have succeeded :-)

iphone 6 should work fine.  I use an iphone 6 + without any issues with my P4P.
