Dear All,
I have a problem in landing with my s1000 plus. It flight well without problems, but when I land it take to much to stop the  motors and some time it overturns damaging the propellers and other parts. Problem is that I want to stop the motors very quick and the respomse of the s1000 is not so fast.
To stop it I bring down the left stick and I try also to stop it with the both stick in the corner but there are no difference. It take to much time.
I have test it in P mode GPS
My configuration:
A3 flight controller ( last firmware update )
Lb2 (last firmware update)
Gimbal X5
Imu and compass calibrated

Tattu battery 30.000 mha weight 3,690 Kg mounted in the top of the drone, look the photo here enclosed.
My motors are 4114 pro, I have not make calibration of them, because I don't know how to do it !
Attached you can find photo of my setup.
Are the gain correct? Who can help me to solve my problem?

Somebody can comments my gains and let me know if they are correct?

I can't help you with the gain settings because i don't fly s1000. I fly Matrice 600 which is about the same size.
Moving both sticks down and in to shut the motors  is definitely not advisable to do because you induce a big yaw and tilt at the same time which easily can flip your craft around due to a high Center of mass when landing on high legs. A safer way is to pull the throttle stick straight back until the motors stop.

are your  settings quite different to my settings? Flight controller is A3 on the matrice 600 and the size is similar to the s1000, they should be similar.  Can you share them?

When my Matrice 600 was new there was quite a bit of friction in the propeller hub which created a whole lot of vibration in the craft when it had ground contact. So much that it almost tumbled over during the first flights. It kind of went into resonance on the ground. As soon as it was in the air it was rock steady. I lowered the value of "vertical gain" under basic gain and that helped a lot. I do the adjustments in the DJI Go app since I don't have the same layout in the Dji Assistant 2 software for the Matrice although it is an A3 flight controller.  But it looks like my "vertical gain" equates to your "throttle gain" under "basic gain". I went down to 70% although the picture shows 80% now. Well it might be an idea to try out?

I also got the same configration S1000/Lb2/A3/X3 and X5
I had to upgrade LB2, GCS and A3 and haven't flown yet.  I think the gain settings are set to default to my S1000.
My 16000 lipo is not on top but where it normally is, under the base plate.
Ill keep contact about these settings in this post

Thanks for the HInt. I have been doing it wrong then quite often. I turn them off just like few cm before landing. But will try to get rid of that habit
