1- Focus. The automatic focus is not fast, sometimes the footage is useless. Even tap

to focus didnt help nothing. Focusing far away is a big problem too, because it blur

the objects.
2- Timelapse. Timelapse images are on jpeg not in raw. Focusing on timelapse is a

problem too. Sometimes it blur out. Timelapse also cant shoot on zoom mode.
3- Long exposure. Long exposure is not stable, it blur images on tripod everytime. it

means that even video will not be stable if u let osmo on tripod. Another problem is

that the parameters on the app are not going to be live. You have to test the image

itself and see the result after shooting. On live view you can see nothing just black

screen.
4- Tap to focus sound is a bad idea, because while you are recording and trying to

focus that sound is recorded on video.
5- Record button. Record button also has a problem, when u start recording that fisrt

touch to start recording make a strange sound on the start of the video and on the

bottom of the video when u stopp it.

These are some basic problems that needs to repair first with dji osmo +.
These are too much important. Do something for us as customers and for the good of the

product.

3. Please provide us the long exposure picture. For no image transmission, please try to reset wifi or refresh the firmware to latest version.
4. Focus sound will not be heard if you mute the sound of your mobile device.
5. A short video would be appreciated for us to analyze the problem.

While we are at it. For almost one year now, I've been told that the Osmo+ is able to do continuous AF while recording video.
And the option does exist under the name "Focus when gimbal stops". Only problem is that this (suuuuper basic function that point and shoot cameras have been able to do for years) doesn't work once you actually start recording.

So PLEAAAAASE DJI, fix this. How can you produce a camera mainly aimed at people on amateur level and meant for video in 2016 and not give it some form of automatic AF mode?!?!

While we are at it also. Since day 1, when the video file is over 4G, it spans over another file. A couple of frames are lost and it creates an issue when these files are joint together. Just like Dalby said, an amateur camera will not have this issue. Now after 2 years, this issue has still not been fixed. DJI does have the expertise to fix it as evident in their newer products eg I2, P4Pro, Mavic. But customers of Osmo and Inspire 1 are left out without any fix.
