flew maybe 6 hours and see cracks in the 6 oclock postiion when exteneded,, never crashed ,i fly it like a baby ,also after my fiirst hour found a prop cracked ,... is this normal?

Struts.. Maybe your son or the bosses son flew it around when you were out.

yeah, prop cracked... strut cracked... someone crashed it.  even if it just fell off a table.

(ETA:  mine fell out of a tree - fortunately - yesterday from a hight of about 50' without even a scratch.  they are tough.)
