Purchased DJI Phantom4 in Sept 2016. Controller battery became defective in April 2016 after about 20 flights. Sent to DJI for warranty repair. DJI received controller April 18, 2017. As of June 2, 2017, I have still not received controller back.
Called May 15, 2017 - DJI says allow 5-7 business day to ship. Called May 26, 2017 - DJI said Controller is in shipping awaiting pick up by the carrier. Called June 2, 2017 - DJI says it will ship for sure in 5-7 working days.
I would like a replacement. If DJI cannot repair my Controller in a reasonable amount of time, a replacement is a reasonable alternative.
Over 6 weeks with a promise of wait another week is not acceptable.
