A suggestion:   Wrong time of day - would be much improved by some long shadows showing the height of the lupins...

I like your shots! The overcast day brought more light into the scene. What aircraft and settings did you use?

Thanks! I have a P4P, with a new  iPad on the controller, and the settings were all on Auto (And I did just a little post editing in Photoshop)

I really like the color faithfulness of these images. It looks like you came progressively closer to your subject; is that true?

Actually not .  The third picture is a 900x900 px crop, at full resolution, of the original. The other two are also 900x900 px crops, but in this case the original were downsized to different sizes. This makes them appear as they were shot from different heights

Nice pictures especially the last. Got to keep the little ladies happy so that the next time we want to buy those drone toys they won't be quite so upset.

Thanks Antonio76 - sorry for the late reply. I would not have thought of doing it that way; clever.

well, it's a sort of post-production digital zoom, isn't it (I feared that getting closer to the ground the props downwash would have ruined the picture...)

I'll keep that in mind; your post production technique. Thanks for the info.
