Hi I've noticed my Mavic flys quicker in return to home than in normal mode. Any way to get it to travel tgatcquick at all times?

Probably just wind, same here as mine has flown over 75kph in sport, the wind has just given it a good boost.

If your vision system is disabled your aircraft will travel faster.

Of course the easiest way to roughly double the Mavic's speed is to fly in Sport mode, but that'll disable obstacle avoidance (OA). Or as Hallmark suggested you can disable OA directly (but not select Sport mode), which produces about a 50% increase in speed. And as TakeFlite mentioned, all these are dependent upon what kind of wind you're flying in.

my fastest speed i got on the mavic is 45.5 mph with the tailwind.

Best I've got is 45km/hr... definitely doing something wrong

like not using the sport mode. but it sounds like you are not ready for that yet. full speed in sports mode means a lot of braking distance.
