Dear DJI
I purchased my mavic locally here in Townsville, Australia on the 31st May from JB-HIFI (Phone number [url=](07) 4412 2500)[/url]
SN 08QDE3D01200NP
I was subsequent delighted to fly it for the first time as it was everthing i wanted in a drone, small, compact, high endurance and what seemed like a good camera....
Untill.... I noticed the top right of the image in post, a U shaped blob that muddied detail entirely (was using +1 sharpness and everything else zereoed)
So, i returned it naturally to JB-HIFI with footage in hand...
They gave me a new one.
I charged the new drone and remote as well as updating them to the latest firmware to find that... The ESC was broken out of the box
I was gutted.
This one wouldnt even FLY let alone take fuzzy video on the right (and yes i was tap to focusing)
The next day I returned yet another drone...
Surely, third times the charm right?
This one flew fine to my almost orgasmic relief but apon further inspection, AGAIN, the ENTIRE right side of the footage was muddy and horrible (SN 08QDE2U0120380)
DJI, I love your design, I love the mavic...
But please...
PLEASE
I want my mavic to be sharp and everything it was promised to be but forgive me if im extremely sceptical now.
I have been constacted by Michelle from DJI Support about transfering my Care Refresh to the latest SN but I will be replying to that email explaining my situation
I appreciate any comment by DJI on this situation
