There is nothing worse when you have to use the Assistant to do an update.   I truliy despise every firmware update because there is ALWAYS something that doesnt work.  Now, no matter how many times I change my password, I cannot log in to do a firmware update.   

We are so sorry for the inconvenience and wasting your time on this. May I know if you have logged in at the moment? I have tried with my account and it works without any problem. Have you tried other account or reinstall DJI Assistant 2 or change another PC?
