I went very early in the morning.  I was able to drive most of the way down the pier toward the parking lot.  That would have been ideal.  However, the drone reported tremendous amounts of problems with compass and magnetic interference.  I wasn't able to take off.  So, I went back to a small park just west of the pier and launched from there.  When I flew to the end of the pier, I had same issues which resulted in dropped video link and then total lost signal.  Thankfully, the Mavic flew towards home and I regained control.  From the midpoint of the pier west, no problems.

Beautiful picture. I was going to drive into the city to do some flying today but it's too windy. Flying around a lot of tall structures is definitely not easy.

Beautiful picture, thanks for confirming my camera has a problem because it's nothing like that clarity or sharpness. Brill pic though & great work.

Completely agree with you.  However, out over the lake you can build confidence.  Just make sure to pay attention to wind direction.  Don't want to get caught too far away and not have enough battery to fight the wind to get back.

Thank you.  As FYI, I shoot in raw (DNG) and process like I would normal still picture.

Seems that right bottom corner is a bit blurry...
Is it defective Mavic's lens?

I look at that as the effect of wide angle lens with content some distance away.
