If you order the spark fly more combo will the spark be shipped by its self on the 15th and the rest on the 30th or will it all be shipped together on the 30th?

I ordered a combo on 2017-05-24 19:48:19 (UTC) and they told me : it will be sent on June 29th. I do not know what to answer.I do not understand how they manage shipments .

If history is a guidebook, the FlyMore Combo will be the Spark and all the accessories in one shipment.  It's unlikely DJI will double their shipping costs to make two shipments.

I could be wrong but logic says I won't.

I've seen Bigger companies to stranger things!

All I hope is that they sparked after the Mavic fiasco and are trying to avoid the same conundrum, it does seem combos will be shipping shortly if their store is anything to go by with accessories being in stock.

I have asked DJI online support four times now:

1st said 15th of June
2nd said 17th of June
3rd said 15th of June again
4th said 29th of June

I have no idea, I guess they are rolling a dice.

I have a feeling we will be waiting at least until mid July until we receive it.

I've also asked online chat four different times when my order will ship....

4. June 29

It's just a waiting game to see which CSR was right LOL

Makes me wonder if DJI hates pre-sales like this or do they sit around and laugh at us.

Maybe, just maybe, they agree on a date and see how many new inquiries come in that day, after the first caller gets "that" date.

Yes -- At one point worked in a Customer Service facility and we did nasty games like that for pure fun and enjoyment.

They also still won't allow me to add a spare battery to my already placed order...so $10 of shipping is upsetting to me.  Credit is not available from my prior order until 15 days after I receive my Fly More Delay Combo.

i was hoping to get it before Canada Day to take some nice Aerial's but its not looking up!

I placed an order for a spare battery and then found spare props were available as well and created a second order - about 5 minutes later.  Yes - stuck with $10.oo per order charge!

I have asked to have those two orders combined to reduce one of the $10.00 shipping charges.  I'm awaiting DJI's CS decision.  Worse case - I'll cancel both and reorder under one and add a second spare battery to get totally free shipping and end up with (5) Spark batteries.

Forgot to mention, CS rep said I could save the $10 shipping if I got it from a local authorized dealer.  For me, that's Best Buy.  He stated they would not be getting the controllers for the Fly More Combo (although not sure they will have that as an option) until 6/30 also...so I didn't feel as bad.  

Guess I'll just pick up the spare from BB when available.  

Followed my own advice and cancelled both of the spare battery and spare props orders and created a new order for (2) additional Spark batteries and (4) sets of spare Spark props.

No shipping charges at all and everything "should" ship 30-June-2017.

Here's hoping that happens and my Spark FlyMore ships this week.

I ordered thru Amazon on 5/24. Has shown "6/21 - 6/29 Delivery" since day one.

(I'm not in a hurry but I expect they'll beat that delivery estimate.)
