Absolutely stunning footage! Very nicely done. Went on an Alaskan cruise last June. It is such a majestic landscape.

Can you share what kind of filter you used facing directly into the rising (or setting) sun yet still having such clear landscape?  I need to learn how you do what you do.  It's awesome!

I was probably using a ND8 filter. I have the Taco-RC filters

Thanks.  I will have to try that.  Getting dragged to Alaska next month.  Haven't been there in 20 years.  I hope the mosquitoes don't turn me into a Smorgasbord since I am apparently fine dining for them.

That is Marmot Ridge in the Hatcher Pass area. It is very close to Independence Mine.

So do I. It was raining pretty hard by the time they became more active.  It was the first time for me launching from a boat too. Here is all I got.
