I do eat turkey on a sandwich or once in a while roasted turkey.  I don't mind chicken but honestly I really am more into seafood.  I eat a lot of farm raised salmon, shrimp, tuna steaks, baked catfish, crab and occasionally lobster.

They say that is quite healthy, so that's good.

It can be.  However, I've found a local place that sells fresh seafood at very reasonable prices. However, I've not found a place to buy lobster at a reasonable price so I save buying that for special occasions.

I find it to be a lot of work for just a little good tasting meat.  Which is another reason I don't dine on lobster very often.

Not very likely. We're not going out to eat often these days and if we do, it's usually something the kids like.

There use to be several buffet restaurants in this area but when Covid hit all but one shutdown.  None of the others ever re-opened.

We tried to help the economy, so the effect was not as big, but companies still have to pay off those debts.

At least they are trying to pay off the debts.  so many companies went under here and were not even able to try and pay off their debts.  Real shame as the economy before C19 was in great shape.  Between C19 and Bidenomics it has taken a bad turn for the worse.

I don't mind paying some extra tax because it gives me some security for when everything else fails.
(like when I get sick).
There are benefits to both systems, but I feel the richer can (and should) pay more than the poor and so far I think I like that system.
But it's not just tax rates, its a whole system and not something you can change easily.

The tax system here is very complicated.  Unfortunately, most of the recent changes have not been to the benefit of the low to middle income taxpayers.
