It is interesting that the polar vortex exists at both of the earth's poles.  At least it keeps the coldest air near the poles.

I was helping my youngest grandson review for his upcoming 5th grade end of year assessment for his Science class.  I'm just amazed at how much STEM they teach in school these days.  I'm learning stuff just helping him review.

Only a matter of time  before we copy.

From 2004-2006 I was ones a month for 5 days in NL. This place was one of my most favourite. I remember sunset in summer sometimes there. You brought back this good vibes to me Peter… and your music fit again perfectly;-)

It's always a possibility to get rich but takes a lot of careful financial planning, reduction on spending, investing and plenty of good luck.

I love to get meat straight from the butcher shop.  It's fresher and you can get it cut the thickness you desire, etc.

True. And we get the restaurant grade stuff (since those are our customers), so there are some special kinds that taste like nothing I have ever bought elsewhere.

I usually place my order a week in advance and let the butcher have time to get some good cuts.  I do have him trim a lot of the fat off unless I'm going to smoke that particular cut of meat.  He's been really good at introducing new cuts to me to try.  I met him a few years back when I took in some bear and elk meat to be processed.  Ever since then he's been my butcher.

He's been really good to me.  He even made some venison sausage for me that turned out really well.  He loves to BBQ and drink beer so we do get together often.  I tried to get him out on my 24 foot boat or my 2 seater jetski but he is deathly afraid of water.

I think you'd like this guy  He keeps his head shaved and he has a very thick Fu Manch moustache.  Similar to the one Hulk Hogan always sports.  Tends to make him look mean, especially when he has a meat cleaver in his hand.

I always wonder how much moustache wax he has to put on to keep it intact, especially wearing a mask at work all day for hygiene purposes.

Yeah, that is something. Those masks are not too nice to wear btw. We have one that only leaves room for the part where the eyes is.
