Avata 2 came this morning!  Updated Fly app (Android).  Connected Goggles 3 to phone, turned on aircraft, motion 3, goggles 3, launched Fly App.

All registered fine.  The firmware update ran.

Now I get a firmware out of sync / reconnect goggles 3 to fly app and update again warning in the Status menu.  BUT, DJI Fly insists that my "firmware up to date" when I go and try to do that.

Am I missing something?

I got a same error that keeps saying i need to update the firmware. When i check for updates there a none available. Drone looks te have an older one and it seems it cant do the flips and rols at the momen, even when i have the option enabled in flight in normal mode.

Same thing here. goggles and remote are all on one version of firmware and the drone is one version behind but app keeps saying its up to date and dji assistant on PC has no list of firmware updates available

I have the same issue.
Goggle 3 was updated to v01.00.0100
Motion 3 was updated to v01.00.0100
Avata 2 is still on v01.00.0000 and I get error "incompatible firmware" but DJI Fly App does not offer firmware update.

DJI Assistant 2 recognizes the Avata 2 but shows no firmware, the error message is "Cannot load firmware list"
For all my other devices (Air 3, RC2, Move 3, Goggle 3) the assistant works well.

same exact scenario for me. cannot load firmware in dji assistant 2. Hope DJI fixes this quickly

RC3 01.00.01.00
Google 3 01.00.01.00

please fix that quickly !

Goggles v3 still on. V01.00.0100
Motion controller 3 still on V01.00.0100
RC Remote 3 still. on V01.00.0100
Avata 2 now on V01.00.0200

I used the latest DJI Assistant 2( Consumer Drones Series) on a PC.

since a few hours DJI Assistant  detects a new firmware. just try again now

Installing the new .0200 firmware fixed the issue for me.  Well, I'm not sure the new a/c firmware directly corrected the issue as much as installing the firmware 're-synced' the perceived version mismatch.

Avata 2 is now V01.00.0200
Goggles v3 is V01.00.0100
Motion controller 3 is V01.00.0100
(I have not yet taken Remote 3 out of the box )

Maybe a new firmware is releases to fix this error message. Or maybe after i changed tolhe broadcast and focus settings to off i was able to install the firmware update.

Im even not sire what these options do but focus mode seems good but what does broadcast do? This is different then the lolive view settings?

When i connect mine to the PC Mac or Windows the Avata 2 is detected by the computer but not the assistant app or even the mobile app am I doing something wrong here I'm still stuck in 1.00.0000

Is the message "Incompatible goggles, aircraft, and r..." consistant with this thread?

I just tried updating the newest firmware on the avata 2 and it's not even coming out on my PC. Saying I'm up to date but there's a new one that lets you use your fpv control 2 and motion 1 control also goggles 2 and Integra with avata 2 compatible now. Please help someone

Your assistant 2 doesn't allow us to get new firmware for avata 2. The newest one is I can use my fpv 2 controller with the avata 2 and my goggles 2. Why even after logging in the newest firmware won't come up?

I had some of the same sort of problems like that today. Being told that my firmware on the Avata 2 was up-to-date and even tried the assistant 2 but could only refresh what was already there. It was ONLY when I downloaded the Fly App 1.13.4 that I was able to update everything. Motion Controller, Goggles and Avata 2. Now everything matches what Dji says is the latest firmware. You might try that!

I got that message when I had updated Motion Controller and Goggles but hadn't updated Avata 2 drone. Once I did that everything was OK! and matched what Dji said was the latest firmware.
