Thanks, because of the angle of the buildings, due to the circular drive, they look sadly tilted.

True but it was a nice location to fly at because of the height.

Thanks, I would have shot at a lower altitude but the church behind me kept cutting off my signal.

You're welcome.  The shot turned out great even at that altitude.  I had my first experience with some signal degradation with the Air 3 yesterday.  Seems with the latest FW update the signal lags and the RC definitely boots slower.  I saw where another user experienced the same issue.  

Nice.  Not TOO high-rise, and so they don't overly dominate the area.

It is part of NY City so there are always lots of ships.

They're fairly old buildings. They weren't building too high here then.

Tihey do. Staten Island is an Island of clay so our buildings aren't built on Bedrock like NYC. So our buildings probably can't be built as high. The most I have seen here is 20 stories.

The latest update was supposed to make reception better and faster but I haven't seen any evidence of it.

That makes two of us.  The sad thing was the only change to the firmware for the Air 3 was to add support for DJI Goggles 3 and DJI RC Motion 3 and Add support for Remote ID requirements of some countries and regions.  This should not have effected signal strength but something in that new code is having a negative effect for sure.  Sadly, we can't downgrade to a recent firmware.

One of my daughters lived on a 17th floor of something like that for a while.
Not my idea of comfort living, but the views were awesome

Very true.  However, I definitely notice the difference between Occusync 3 on Air 2S as opposed to Occusync 4 on Air 3.  Or I guess I should say I noticed but with latest FW update it has degraded signal strength.
