Hi,
Finaly I managed to get a vidoe of a new building site i Karlskoga, Sweden.
This is a new building site at the Möckelns lakes shore for over 100 units and houses.
Here you can more your own boat and go fishing in the lake.Miny 3 pro is a beautiful little machine.

This is a new development in Karlskoga at the lake Möckeln with a nice place for your boat just outside your house. It will be ready in 2024. Music by Jack Waldenmaier. Amazing Grace from the album Romans and Memories, Spirit, using Pinnacle Studio 26 Ultra and Sonic Fire Pro.

Yes, it is a nice spot, but far too expensive from what I have heard. Several million crowns. Unfortunately that is more that I can afford and then to have a boat on top of that. I lived 3 years on a 45 ft yacht down in Australia and sold it to move back home to Sweden and retire. I am happy now not hear the anchor chain drag and ramble over nights and the bed stays where it is and does not move hehehe.....

It certainly is. Summer time it would be perfect when ready, but far too expensive. Perhaps I get a little rowing boat one day and visit someone living there.

No doubt it will be expensive there. The developers will want to recoup their investment as quickly as possible. Shame as it is a little slice of paradise.

Yes, it was a dream of my life. My hobby was then to dive and film under water and the marine life. Now I keep safe on land. Here is an old video filmed with a Sony Hi-8 camera somewhere on the Great Barrier Reef between 1989 and 1993.

Congrats on the new bird.
I'm not a big fan of the style of the new houses in Sweden, they tend to pop up everywhere in these blocks. Very close together.
But I guess that is what 'they' want
