Hi all,

I have searched around for an answer before posting the question and failed to find what I was looking for.

I am looking for the video bitrates in H.265/HEVC for the following video settings on the Osmo Pocket 3 :
4K (16:9): 3840×2160@24/25/30/48/50/60fps
2.7K (16:9): 2688×1512@24/25/30/48/50/60fps

Could somebody help me with this please?

Please note that I do not currently own an osmo pocket 3. I am  therefore unable to shoot sample videos and then process them through MediaInfo (https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo).

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

I forgot to ask for the H.265 bitrates for 1080p. Would you have them too please?

Just curios, how does this information help?  Do you manually input it when exporting a video?

Hi smbishop,

Thank you for your curiosity.

For 2.7k and 4k modes, I was trying to understand what modes required a UHS-II microSD card. UHS-II microSD cards are a lot more expensive than UHS-I microSD cards.

For 1080p videos, I want to know the bitrate for other reasons.

Hello, there. Thank you for your follow-up query. I'm afraid that this option is not available for the DJI Pocket 3. Please see the screenshot below.

Hi smbishop,

Thank you for your curiosity.

According to this page, the UHS bus speeds (this is a physical bus difference on the card, with two layers of contacts):

- UHS-I: theoretical maximum transfer speeds up to 104MB/s
- UHS-II: theoretical maximum transfer speeds up to 312MB/s

(Note, Mega BYTES)

https://www.kingston.com/en/blog/personal-storage/memory-card-speed-classes

The Osmo Pocket 3 has a maximum bitrate of 130 Mb per second (note, Mega BITS)

So my understanding is that a UHS-I device that can store data at bitrates up to 104 MB/s, which converts to 832 Mb/s, should easily handle the max bitrate of the pocket 3. No UHS-II required.

Cheers.

DJI Gamora : thank you.

grempe : I think you are confused by the spelling, but I do understand the difference between BITS and BYTES!
