Hey, I've used that word a few times in court.  I told a person I was cross examining that I needed him to cogitate carefully before he answers my question and possible perjures himself.  The judge asked him if he knew what that mean and he said he did.  Obviously, he didn't as he sat there and perjured himself anyway on the next 2 questions I asked.  The judge just shook his head and his defense attorney was frustrated with his client.  .  

I'll keep an eye for when DJI gives it the green light.

I have heard the expression.
I don't think anyone uses it anymore.
Upchuck or Throw Up are more common.
