Funny,  this tree was the cause of some damage to a Mini 2 some time ago.    It had out a branch out which shouldnt have been there.

What a nice find DA.    With the winds you are having that kite would have required a lot more tail on it.  

My owl kite is back to flying over my dock once again.

I did look for the owner but there was no sign of anyone at 6am up there.  Not even the wild campers.

I think it definitely could have.  Another possibility is the string tether gave way if the wind was too strong.

Interestingly the kite was gone today,  someone must have recovered it.

Also that pizza oven I found out is gas powered.   But they didnt have enough gas so they had to dig up the road to install more gas capacity.

That adds a lot of expense to the business' bottom line.  Too bad it wasn't a wood fired pizza oven.

Cute idea,   I could expand that in the summer for tent spare parts from all the abandoned tents too.
