Since the beginning, despite having done all the updates in my goggles there is a big red message (see below) Goggles dynamic...
Please tell me how to remove it???

Аs I explained in the first post - menu - About - search for dynamic... with no version (others have) and click on it it'll propose to download from aircraft (Avata should be powered) and that's it!

In the Googles. I had the same issue today after the firmware update. In the goggles I clicked on it in the menu as described in the post above, then it was still there but as soon as I went out of the menu it disappeared. Maybe wait an additional second or two. It should work.

Just connect your Avata 2 to DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) update the FLY SAFE DATABASE.

Same problem: the database is not loaded into the goggles 3

Please help me:  the goggles says:

- go to settings (in goggles)
- about to update

In about there is nothing to click on! How can I download this database? Already put the Avata to the app to update fly database, but how is this coming into the goggles?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. This problem only occurs in the EU area. Please try to manually update the dynamic database. The specific method is: open the menu in the goggles and select "Settings" - "About" - scroll down to see the dynamic safety data and click "Check for updates".
Note: There is no need to connect to a mobile phone. The update must be done in the goggles instead of the App.
