The logs of the last three days flights of my Avata 2 are not in the DJI FLY app...

what should I do? Do I need to connect the Goggles to the iphone? or the Avata 2? How does the Goggles connect with wifi?

Logs will only sync when DJI Fly is open and your phone connected via USB to your goggles.

Neither drone or goggles connect to wifi, they only have wifi feature so that your phone can connect to them over wifi for QuickTransfer or Live View Streaming.

Once connected go to your flight logs on your phone and you'll get a message to tell you when they have downloaded successfully.
