Shoot a PM to one of the Mods/Admins and include your e-mail.  They will send you a link to a beta firmware to fix the 30064 error.  Look in the Service section of the forum as they seem to be more active in that area so that you can PM one of them.

“Unable to take-off Code: 30064” error is usually a software issue, to fix it try refreshing the drone's and controller's firmware in DJI assistant, calibrate the compass in an open area and finally try lifting off from a different place. If the error persists, you might have to send the drone to DJI for service.

1. Ensure you are using the remote controller if the RC has been bound with your aircraft and account.
2. Check if the battery capacity of the remote controller is enough, (50% and above), if not, please charge it and retry
3. Check if there was an SD card inserted, if yes, please ensure the SD card meets the requirements we recommended https://www.dji.com/mini-4-pro/specs, and check If it can be resolved by removing the SD card.
4. Make sure to update the units to the latest firmware. If they're already updated, we suggest refreshing it using the DJI Assistant 2. Thank you for the update.  If that prompt appears, please go to “System Preferences” and “Security & Privacy”.


At the bottom of “Security & Privacy”, click “Open Anyway”, a prompt will appear, and then select ""Open"".


At this point, enter the software installation process and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Hi there. Sorry about the trouble. The firmware is available for download in the DJI Fly app. Ensure that your aircraft and RC are on the latest firmware by updating it. I did that and was able to install the software. Thank you!  When I power up the drone and connect to the pc the "connected divide" Icon does not pop up in the DJI Assistant 2 window.

Was finally able to connect the device and refresh the firmware. Still "unable to fly" Error 30064.

Thank you. Can you please perform the following:
1. Check and make sure that the propellers are installed properly.
2. If the in-app beginner flight tutorial is used, exit the tutorial and try again.
3. Check the GPS strength in the app. If the GPS signal is weak, try to take off the aircraft in an area where the GPS signal is strong. Ensure that the propellers are in normal condition.
4. When the GPS signal is strong, calibrate the IMU. You can go to Settings>Safety>IMU Calibration and perform calibration following the on-screen instructions.
5. Restart the aircraft.
6. Please update the aircraft, remote controller firmware version, and DJI Fly app version.
