Broad Street, located in Central Birmingham, England, serves as a prominent thoroughfare and a bustling nightlife hub. Historically situated outside Birmingham City Centre, the expanding city centre, coupled with the removal of the Inner Ring Road, has integrated Broad Street into the newly established Westside district. This transformation is attributed to its strategic position within the A4540 road.

You are flying in a no-fly zone. Check the Drone Safety Map  https://www.dronesafetymap.com/.

You are also flying beyond visual line of sight.

I would remove the video immediately and in future only fly while watching your drone and not the screen and do not fly in no-fly zones.

Completely wrong Birmingham is not a no fly zone

Also there was direct line of site for me down broad street at no time did I not have line of site

You need an observer watching the drone if you are watching the screen.

The red zone means you cannot fly there without permission. If you care to scroll to London or near any airport you will see similar red. I have no idea why the red area around Birmingham Airport is so large but it is what it is.

I care about my hobby which is why I post here. I don't want to see the regulations hardened because people don't follow the existing ones.

Birmingham is not a red zone only the prison outside Birmingham and yes the airport but not the city.

And yes my partner is my spotter and always with me as we followed the drone down broad street.

This was a perfectly legal flight
