Im having this issue, "Unable to take off" after updating to the software, from DJI Fly app on my air 2s. Also noticed connection issues in the previous software release. Please send me new software, firmware.
Hi there, the firmware sent here is dedicated to Mini 3 Pro. Regarding your case,
1. Check if the remote controller is the original remote controller and whether the RC has been bound with DJI Care Flyaway Coverage service.
Please provide the serial number of your aircraft and controller for further confirmation.
2. Check if the battery capacity of the remote controller is enough, (50% and above), if not, please charge it and retry;
3. Check if there was an SD card inserted, if yes, please ensure the SD card meets the requirements we recommended, and try if it can be resolved by removing the SD card.
4. Besides, may we know if the drone takes off normally before the Error occurs?
5. Check if there was a Flysafe database update before the "30064 Unable to take off" error code appeared? Or suddenly the drone was unable to take off without performing anything?
6. Please try to refresh the firmware by the DJI Assistant 2 and check again.
