Ordered the 5th of this month, pay confirmed day after.  Today they took the money from my paypal (debet card).  Hoping for a shipping update soon!!

I've just been on chat with DJI and I told them that UK customers were receiving the same product as me now even though they ordered them after me.  They said they were dispatching them in strict order.  Someone's lying and I doubt it's the guys on this forum.

Sorry - my order number is not for public consumption  but I think the reason for the quick turn around is I paid from a solid paypal account with confirmed and verified status - and money was already on the Paypal account.

Mate we all do that after 13 years on there and also paying with debit card!  Its just a joke now and they refuse to acknowledge without proof so thanks for not helping but at least you have yours!

Ordered 12/21/2016, finally got a confirmation 1/10/2017, and that my order is being shipped. Was given a FedEx tracking number, but when trying to track, the tracking number does not register. So it's been 24 hours, and still can't track. Anyone ever have this problem?

I reckon you'll get progression soon; UK January Combo orders are definitely shipping in under a week now;  I ordered on 4th Jan and just got my 4th blue dot confirming shipping today on the 11th, 6 days after ordering.  
Other guys on the 'post your dates' thread ( http://forum.dji.com/thread-79670-1-1.html ) have reported the same, so they're defo getting it sorted for orders made directly with DJI.

My shift pattern gives 3 days off work next week to use it without the wife around to interfere! (you know, making me do important stuff)  If it arrives by next Wednesday I'll be happy!

Update on my UK order

1) Ordered drone only at 8:05am on 10.01.17 on DJI site. Paid with my debit card
2) Email order confirmed at 8:07am
3) 3rd Blue dot and 'Payment Authorised' almost immediately. Funds showing as pending in my bank account.
4) 'Payment Confirmed' and 4th Blue dot & 'Shipped' at 9:25am on 11.01.17

I previously posted that I thought payment type and location were heavily influencing the speed of order. My order seems to back this up. Seems like DJI are honouring the most recent promise. I did however notice in this thread header/update today that DJI are mentioning location for the first time. If any other UK buyers are still waiting and want to get there order ASAP it might be worth considering my order approach. It also seems that using Paypal can potentially delay orders. I always use Paypal but decided to try my debit card and that seems to have worked. 25hrs from order to shipped is a massive improvement.

Mine is direct and ordered 26/12/16 in the UK and still nothing and if you talk on chat you just get the generic by 18th

Got confirmation email from DJI on 5th Jan and 3rd Blue Dot Appeared (Payment Authorized).
Still no sign of shipment

Sorry - looks like the Fly Mo Combo might be the issue in delay. So many variables which appear to be affecting the order status etc. Hope you get yours soon

You see Im ordered mine 5 Jan and they haven't sent I challenged them and they said give me an order number of one that was sent and we will look into it,  I did ask another forum user for the order number but they won't give it,  probably worried their order will cancel which is ridiculous

Yeah, I'm in the Netherlands and don't have tracking information 24 hours after getting the 4th dot as well.

Interesting, I ordered on 07-01-17 on the DJI site using a credit card and am still authorised. I did order a combo though. Did you order just the Mavic?

Yes...that's the most upsetting thing...
I've ordered in Dec 27th, ok not that long ago but how can people ordering in Jan have them already shipped and I still don't...
I've complained 3 or 4 time with the online chat...but i's really peeing me off now...wasn't the Karma such a weak competitor and I would cancel my order, cause we are not being treated with respect, they say they are respecting previous orders but they are not and they don't have a reason why...this is weak costumer relations/support...not the way to do business...

Ordered my Mavic Pro from Amazon.com:

ORDER PLACED
December 13, 2016

Release date was January 15th.
Then it changed to February 10th
Today it has no information about release date what so ever!

I ordered directly from DJI store two days ago and its already on the 3rd blue dot!

Tried to cancel Amazon's order and got that error:

"Important Messages
We're sorry. An error occurred when we tried to process your request. Rest assured, we're working to resolve the problem as soon as possible."

Keep trying during the day.

A support guy in the chat told me, all orders will be send out before January 18th. Even the combo packages. I'm pretty curious.
