So my case is solved, too. I had to write the support several times, but then a german (!) support member had answered. He solved the case in one day with guarantee check and everything else. It wasn't easy, but after 11 days I've got a new DJI Spark (not in a original package, but the drone itself with a battery). Nice. The technic team told me that it was not my fault, but a problem of the drone. When I look in the forum, there are many problems with the Spark, like Fly Aways and some fall out of the sky :/.
All in all it was a good support (specially in the forum, thanks!). But there are some problems left:
1. my microSD was gone with the drone, too -> I got a new drone, which is the main point, but a new microSD would have been great.
Max, we are glad you've received the replaced drone.
I'v checked the picture that local repair team took, there is SD card, please check the SD card slot to see if the card is inserted.
Usually repair team will transfer the DJI Care Refresh to new drone, please check the status here: https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/coverage
If the DJI Care Refresh hasn't been transferred, please send email to djicare@dji.com with old and new serial number and the case number as well, they will assist. |
