Hello guys, Maybe somone one can help me with updating my 2nd controller. So i finally got my 2nd controller after almost 3 months. I downloaded the zip file from the website with the same usb memory stick that i use to update my insppire and first controller. I place it on my new control and nothing is happening. I wait and i just see the red light. No blue lights or beeping. after i take the flashdrive and wait a few minutes then i hear this single beep but thats all!!! Some one pls Help!!!!I also tried conecting the remote directly to the gymbal but nothing same result. red light no sound left it for a few minutes and the light is still red and i hear a single beep, beep, beep and thats all!

What does the result file on the SD card say?

Ok so I called DJI, they sent me a file and it fixed the issue and it updated the firmware. I am glad that it worked they where going to asked me to sent the control back. I will be able to use it on my trip to Puertorico.
