Hi guys,

I've been very happy with my Spark for last two weeks. Since then I have done 40 filghts and traveled more than 5km. Couple of hours ago, while trying to fly the drone, Dji Go 4 app chrashed and my drone hit the wall damaging the rotor. What are my option? Can I get DJI to repair my drone as part of the waranty?

Sorry for the crash, you may need to send it in for diagnosis and repair. Have you contacted the Support to start a case? The drone needs to be evaluated after it arrives, it will be covered by warranty if it's product malfunction and within warranty period.

Hi, i have the same problems.


Im not sure what is happening. Spark suddenly move by it self and hit the wall.
As info i was using smart phone to control my spark and. Already update the newest firmware yesterday.


Hope the warranty is covering this issues..
