I haven't flown in about a year. When I opened the Go app, I was informed I had to update. I tried downloading from my browser (Firefox). I see a message saying Download started then a blank with dji.net/dgipilot. Nothing happens after that. (I waited an hour.)
Can someone help me?

Did you download APP in the end? Please refer to Peter's suggestion to install it directly from the Apple app store or google play store.
I think the file download was truncated and the app can´t be installed.
