Hello eveyone, is there a way to hook up your RC to your computer when flying? I know the mac does not have an app for DJI, but is there a way around that? just a crazy idea!  

It'd be fun, but I am unable to come with any ideas on how to see my iPhone screen on my Mac.  So, I'll join you in watching to see if anyone comes up with a method for your request.

Mavic RC can only output info via one USB port, and it uses the side port preferentially. So if you have already connected the RC with your mobile device, there is no mean to connect the RC to the PC. No output is transferred. May I know the purpose of this idea?

There are Android emulators like "blue stacks" that will simulate a android system on a mac. That might interface with the USB ports but then you'd have to run android and we know how buggy that is.

Just thinking outside of the box and just imagine the other things you could do if that where possible.

It’s already in the box but you’d need an HDMI output module built into the RC to connect to a MacBook etc during flight as a second, larger screen. This set up comes as standard on the P4P+ RC with the integrated screen but not on the Mavic.

I mean you can directly access the DJI API docs and write your own system.
