I've been noticing a weird phenomenon for over a year - my ronin somehow seems to know when my a7r2 is on. Wtf?
The camera isn't connected to the gimbal in any way, but while operating the ronin, the minute I switch off the camera, the gimbals motors stop buzzing. And the second I turn it back on the motors re-engage.
Before you ask, this really seems to have nothing to do with me engaging the motors by touching the camera. The motors always go quiet when the camera is off, and always re-engage when the camera is on.
Is there a Bluetooth subsystem that reads the state of the camera? Even though the camera is in airplane mode?
