I have been playing around with the 360 pano mode and I am having trouble with the stitching. I used microsoft ICE and I have a segment missing as you can see in the photo. Has anyone else had this issue?

Is this a one off, or does it happen everytime you take a 360 pano?

I've had it a couple of times when I take the shots manually but never when I use the built in mode

It looks like there is a lot of movement in the missing sector. I would guess that it is where the first pano shots are being merged with the last pano shots. I don't think there is much you can do about it other than photo shop in the missing bit.

I think it happened because of different geometry of ocean waves in pictures it took at different time. And, when it is trying to stitch them together, it did not know where how to place the pictures because white lines (waves) does not match up.
