My DJI SPARK is swowing no signal on top bar and no live view image when commected to the dji APP. Even the gimble is not responding..please help

I have the same error, with the new update my spark when I connected with OTG cable the wifi signal don't show any bar. But if I don't use the controller and only the phone is work.

When you use otg cable, you overrule wifi connection,..so no signal information can be given!
With Spark, otg cable is not supported, use wifi, it just works great..for me, aswell with ios and android CS.
