Due to a server error, users who updated their Cendence remote controller or Patch Antenna to v02.00.0030 between September 9, 2017 and November 14, 2017 may have found that the antenna failed to transmit video normally. If this has happened to you, we recommended removing the Patch Antenna and sending it back to DJI for testing and repair.
If you are unsure as to whether or not your Patch antenna has any issues, look out for a new firmware version coming soon. With your antenna running this firmware, your Cendence’s screen will indicate that the antenna is connected. If your antenna has any issues, the remote controller will not display such a prompt. In this case, please send your patch antenna back to DJI.
