does anyone have received the extra batteries yet? It's been a while I ordered the batteries for mavic air (more than the estimated shipment) but the status remains the same as the first day. (Payment success).

Ordered my 4th battery from the DJI Store on Feb. 7, to Florida, USA.
As of this morning (Feb. 12) it is on the FedEx truck for delivery today.

Mine is also out for delivery today, along with some spare props.

Thanks..... It seems mine is being delayed for some reason.... I ordered them on Feb 5 but still in payment success.... I will wait a bit more and if I do not see any movement this week I will contact with dji sales.

My 4th one was supposed to be delivered today , but it's been stuck at the Cincinnati OH hub since Saturday with no movement , then today they scan it again , it said clearance scanned. DJI used DHL this time, first time they ever used them to ship something to me, so since it's still at the Cincinnati HUB today, I don't know when they will be delivered. Have to wait for DHL to update the delivery date.   

How much battery can I use in Aircraft until its Rc battery discharge?

I got 5 more batteries today on top of the 3 batteries that came with my Mavic Air FMC.

Whoa, 5 more?!?! Very nice! I just got my 4th today along with a landing pad. Can't wait for spring to arrive!!!

What I see in common is that all you who is getting batteries are from United States......  Maybe DJI at the moment are only shipping to US.....

That's makes me wonder......  Someone in Europe is receiving batteries as well?

I ordered 2 batteries on 2nd feb and now it says shipped but not had email or tracking information?

I fly my 3 batteries with my RC full and when I'm done the RC still have 4 lights , so I will say anywhere between 9 and 12 batteries probably.

Just had DPD shipping notice for my two batteries and I’m in the Uk! And the will be here tomorrow! Must be shipping from somewhere local?

I ordered a battery on 2-6-18.  It arrived today via DHL

I had the same experience. Sat in DHL Cincinnati from Friday to Monday.  Finally arrived today. I’m in Virginia just north of Richmond.

Lucky , mine arrived at my location today at 9am but it hasn’t moved , so I,m guessing it will be delivered tomorrow.

I think they have just landed in the UK to DJI and suppliers. I got a notification that Hobby Mounts got them in stock so immediately hit go on it and its arriving tomorrow.

Agree, mine was a direct order with DJI. Good to see they are finally here. Now just the car charger to wait for. I do a lot of car camping.

I was visiting Virginia Beach, VA and found a DJI store locally that has batteries in stock.

After sending an email to support about my order delay........ I I just received an email that my 2 extra batteries are shipped!!!  .. something wrong with my order might have happened, because in a couple of hours after contacting them,   I received a email that they are shipped....

in this particular case, according to DHL tracking, instead of coming from China, they come from GUILDFORD - UK.

Got my 4th battery yesterday, updated the firmware on it and everything seems to be good, now just waiting for the weather to improve to fly.

Lucky , I had to pay DJI 10 in shipping for mine and it took almost a week to get here.
