Miss a number of options in the menu.

Have the latest software installed, again the previous software installed, but does not help.

How can I solve this ??

Hello Bryan, may I know which mobile device do you use and what's the current APP version? Please try to uninstall the APP, delete all related files and reinstall to see whether it helps. Alternatively, you can switch to another recommended mobile device to verify.

I use the Crystalsky, but this is not the problem. Even if I use an Ipad, has that same problem.
I am also in possession of another RC, and that does not have the problem.

When I turn off the RC, the options reappear. However, when I turn the RC on again, they disappear again.

Very strange, not seen this before.
I think the link between the RC and the mobile device.
Have you test with another cable?
What is de app version and de firmware on the RC and the MP?

Of course I used a different cable. I also tried all Software versions, both on the RC and on the MP

Ok that's strange. Contact DJI.

Thats odd - never seen that before! Perhaps a FW refresh may fix it if the app has already been reinstalled to the latest version otherwise, this is one for DJI support.

I don't think it is the connection but a Software update. Not showing those settings might mean, that they are not available for you to change. Therefore it is a malfuntion of the software where those settings are safed. Is this the App, the remote or the mavic? I don't know.
Try to reinstall all 3 softwares on all 3 devices. If it still doesn't work then as A CW sais: "this is one for DJI support".

Is this the Mavic Air RC or Mavic pro?

What happens if you just connect the RC to the phone/crystalsky and power it on ( but not the drone itself ).. Do you still have this issue with the menu?

Yes It stil have this issue

Long shot but try a different battery in the Mavic to rule that out if you haven't already.

Have you tried a factory reset using the Assistant 2 software ( both craft and RC ).. Not sure it does the RC separately.

Have tried everything, old software back on, but nothing helps. It is in the RC, I have one more, but this one have no problem at all.

Think it might well need a trip to DJI then.. Not aware of any other way to reset the RC.. There used to be a  .bin fine for the RC's of the Phantom, not sure if DJI have such option for the mavic range.

Thank you for your help, hopefully there is someone who knows a solution.

One more thing.. Are you sure the RC is not set as slave? Skip to 3minute mark looks the same. If so link the RC again

Bryan, the RC of Mavic Pro is not available to reset. Anyway, nice to know you have figured it out. We'll keep learning and improve the technical skills.

I have the same problem than Bryan, but with a Mavic 3 and the app DJI Fly.
Doesn't matter if I change phone (iPhone 11 and 10), updates are good.
I'm missing part of the menu of the DJI Fly.

I tried to check the Master/Slave thing that Sploodge suggested but apparently it's not an option on the dji fly app.

It's driving me nuts.
Any suggestions?

I lost my master short menue, hyper lapse menue in my DJI mini 3 after the updates .

Can you help if anyone have the same issue and solutions .
I couldn't get the other options in vedio menus too
