Hi,

I've just tried to connect my Mavic Air with my Pc (Windows 10, always updated, no problem with Usb  ports etc). I see the icon of my drone and the menu on the left with firmware updates (not necessary), but when I click other items on the menu and try to dowload system data and other logs, after few seconds appears a message that tell me that connection with MA is lost. And nothing happened.

I've tried 3 o 4 times. Always the same results.

How can I do?

Yes, there is another problem...

When I trt to connect the RC of my remote controller, I hear the sound of "Usb-connect" - "Usb disconnect" every 3/4 seconds, but nothing happens... I don't se the icon of my RC on Dji Assistant 2.

I've used the same Usb port that I used for connecting my MA. What can I do?
